Emergency Lighting

Will Your Emergency Lights Work When You Need Them?

During power outages, Emergency and exit signs provide lighting in corridors, stairwells, ramps, escalators, aisles, and exit passageways. If your emergency lights fail to operate correctly, the building occupants can become disoriented.

Routine maintenance of emergency lights is frequently overlooked until an emergency occurs–and then it's too late. Regular maintenance is required by NFPA Standard No. 101, chapter 31, section 1.3.7.
